Tan-Y-Bryn

Tan-y-Bryn is based on a 19th Century stone building, converted thirty years ago. The bungalow is set in secluded grounds amid the Welsh hills.

It is surrounded by good walking country with spectacular views and excellent bird watching and is within a 10 minute walk of the National Trust's Penbryn beach with safe swimming.

The accommodation has Wales Tourist Board Grade 3 approval and sleeps four, with one double and one twin bedroom. A convertable sofa in the lounge can sleep two further guests.

View from the field behind Tan-y-Bryn There is a new fully fitted modern kitchen with a full size cooker, washing machine and a microwave. The good sized living room has a colour television and video. Additional heating in the lounge is supplied by an electric fire. A door from the lounge leads to the shower room and separate WC. In the large garden there is a barbecue and covered seating area plus ample off-road parking.

The electricity for the bungalow is supplied via a meter which takes £1 coins. Duvets and blankets are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own bed linen and towels. Bedding for the convertable sofa is not provided and guests are asked to bring this if needed.

Tan-y-bryn is ideal for families with children. Pets are welcome; all we ask is that you clean up the garden on departure.
